Eyes on You Investigations, Inc. conducts accident investigations for insurance companies, attorneys or private parties.

Accident investigations consist of retrieving police reports and any addendum reports associated with the case, contacting witnesses to get a verbal or recorded statement on how the accident occurred, and photographs from every angle of the investigation scene. We also canvas the neighborhood for any private or commercial security cameras that might have captured the accident on tape, and talk to potential witnesses that were not listed on the original police report.

We photograph and document the condition of the equipment that was involved in the accident. We also recover death certificates, autopsy & toxicology reports to prepare all the necessary documents and evidence for litigation. We also research and retrieve previous medical records to see if a claimant has a history of claiming injuries or has had previous accidents.
